They arent the best, but far from the worst.
Don't move here. I moved in with my fiance here in February- after living in their other property in Tulsa (which is trash as well!). It was problems from the behinning- but the landlord tries to say it was me, starting drama. He says I was demanding. No, I just know if you pay rent- stuff should be fixed. The doors were flooding, from giant gaps. We had a leak from the ceiling- and he wasn't at the office (on a weekday!). When we called- he said his own house was flooded & we would have to wait until the following Monday, because he wasn't driving. The neighbors here- they gossip with the landlord. And, God forbid anyone complain on you- its gotta be your fault. My door, my house & my car were vandalized on this property. And, the landlord didn't do anyrhing- said it was my problem. The roach infestation was the WORST I've ever seen. I'm talking 50+ roaches a night. It got so bad, Josh had to be careful showing apartments because he said the roaches would "pop out" and a few people turned down the apartments. So, we had to pay for our own roach bombs, and other bug bombs. But, the manager- John, comes in & yells at us about using them. Well, I have a child- who I won't allow to be around roaches. A public forum insulted my daughter with a neighbor. And, I commented back- so I was evicted. THEN, Josh & his sister, added my friends on Facebook & attempted to call CPS on me (I'm a wonderful mother! Thankfully they saw that as well!). What managers do that? Don't get into the drama here- go to the police department & ask about the crime rate here before you move in
I have lived here for over a year. I have had no real problems since I have been here. They have new management and I am totally satisfied!
